THE BULLETIN OF CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF UKRAINE
According to Article 47.1 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Constitutional Court of Ukraine", "The Bulletin of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine" is the official publication of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine. It was established for the purpose of comprehensive coverage of the activities of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine and topical issues of constitutional justice and constitutional law of Ukraine.
The journal includes decisions, opinions and rulings of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, as well as separate opinions of judges related to these acts; information on external relations of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine; materials of scientific and practical conferences, reviews of round tables, international seminars held by the Constitutional Court of Ukraine; analytical and reporting information. In addition, the publication contains scientific articles, analytical reviews, which cover current issues of constitutional justice and constitutional law of Ukraine and other countries.
The journal is intended for employees of bodies of state power, local bodies of local self-government, People's Deputies of Ukraine, judges, legal scholars, lawyers, practitioners, teachers of higher education establishments, students, citizens.
Information for authors: scientific article must be relevant, have a doctrinal character with clearly defined subject matter, contain scientific provisions developed personally by the author, conclusions about the scientific and practical significance of scientific development. The articles shall be supplemented by: a brief annotation and keywords in Ukrainian and English, as well as information about the author indicating his or her name, surname, patronymic, academic title, place of work and position, contact telephone numbers, e-mail. The volume of scientific article shall be 12-15 pages of printed text at one and a half intervals (font size - 14). Footnote numbering - page by page.
The editorial office reserves the right to send scientific articles for review, edit and shorten their content, and to change the title of the article upon approval with the author.
The authors are responsible for the content of materials, accuracy of facts, statistics and other information. In case of reprinting of publications by other publications, the reference to the "Bulletin of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine" is obligatory.
