20 March. The Court Agenda (Approved). The Second Senate Deliberated the Case upon the Constitutional Complaint of S.Syrotenko and Adopted Two Rulings

On Monday, March 20, the Second Senate, at the in-camera part of the plenary session, continued the consideration of the case upon the constitutional complaint of Serhiy Syrotenko regarding the constitutionality of certain provisions of Articles 171.9.2 and 246.5.4 of the Code of Administrative Procedure of Ukraine. The Court will continue its consideration at one of the next plenary sessions.

At the session of the Second Senate, the judges considered the issue of determining the form of constitutional proceedings in the case upon the constitutional complaint of Serhii Palatov regarding the compliance of the second sentence of Article 87.3.1 of the Law of Ukraine "On Public Service" dated December 10, 2015 No. 889-VIII as amended by the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to the Customs Code of Ukraine and Some Other Legislative Acts of Ukraine in Connection with the Administrative Reform" dated January 14, 2020 No. 440-IX to the Constitution of Ukraine and in the case upon the constitutional complaint of Serhii Parovyi regarding the compliance of certain provisions of Article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "On Measures regarding Legislative Support of the Pension System Reform" of July 8, 2011 No. 3668-VI, the first sentence of Article 86.15.6 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Prosecutor's Office" of October 14, 2014 No. 1697-VI. As a result of the consideration, the Second Senate adopted 2 rulings on the consideration of these cases in the form of written proceedings.
