MAIN TASKS OF DOCUMENTARY SUPPORT DEPARTMENT

 

1) development of the Instruction on record keeping and nomenclature of cases of the Court;

2) implementation of methodological guidance and control over the observance of the established procedure for working with documents in the Secretariat, Patronage Offices of Judges of the Court;

3) organisation of case formation, storage and preparation for transfer to the Court Archives;

4) acceptance, preliminary consideration, registration, transfer of incoming correspondence to the Chairman of the Court, the Deputy Chairman of the Court and Judges of the Court, the authorities and structural subdivisions of the Secretariat;

5) processing of documents after the report to the Chairman of the Court and the administration of the Secretariat, their transfer for review or execution to the officials specified in the resolutions of the administration;

6) distribution of appeals to the Court between Judges of the Court in accordance with the Law and in the order established by the Rules of Procedure;

7) registration of cases in the manner prescribed by the Instruction on record keeping;

8) distribution of copies of acts of the Court and dissenting opinions of Judges of the Court;

9) registration and notification of executors of orders of the Chairman of the Court and the Head of the Secretariat on the main, administrative and economic activities;

10) formation of orders of the Chairman of the Court and the Head of the Secretariat into the cases, as well as documents marked "For official use only", received by the Court or created in the process of its activity, and preparation for their transfer to the Archives of the Court;

11) accounting for the seals and stamps of the Court;

12) production, accounting and issuance of Court forms;

13) accounting of electronic data storage devices on which official information is recorded;

14) accounting for publications marked "For official use only";

15) computer typesetting of texts of acts of the Court, official documents and other materials related to the activities of the Court;

16) computer typesetting of texts of documents marked "For official use only" by means of the automated systems on the basis of which complex systems of protection of the information of the fourth category are created;

17) reproduction of documents marked "For official use only" received by the Court or created in the process of its activity on a special copying and duplicating apparatus that meets the requirements for technical protection of information;

18) sending outgoing correspondence;

19) preparation of information on the passage of documents in the Court;

20) participation in the development and launching of the electronic document management system in the Court, the development of regulations for working with documents in electronic form;

21) adjustment of drafts of original official documents, orders of the Chairman of the Court, Deputy Chairman of the Court, Head of the Secretariat of the Court.
