On October 28, 2024, the Advisory Group of Experts received the application of a candidate for the position of judge of the CCU Oleksii Vats on the voluntary termination of his further participation in the competitive selections under the quota of the President of Ukraine, the Congress of Judges of Ukraine and the Parliament of Ukraine.
Thus, taking into account the candidate's application and being guided by Part 8 of Article 7 of the Methodology for Assessing moral qualities and the level of competence in the field of law, the Advisory Group of Experts completed the review, verification and analysis of the candidate's documents available to it at the moment and terminated his further participation in the competition selections.
We will also remind you that Oleksii Vats is the vice-rector for scientific-pedagogical and international activities of the State Biotechnological University.
