On October 18, 2024, the Advisory Group of Experts received the application of a candidate for the position of judge of the CCU Andrii Ovsienko on the voluntary termination of his further participation in the competitive selection.

Thus, taking into account the candidate's application and being guided by Part 8 of Article 7 of the Methodology for Assessing moral qualities and the level of competence in the field of law, the Advisory Group of Experts completed the review, verification and analysis of the candidate's documents available to it at the moment and terminated his further participation in the competition selection.

We will also remind you that Andrii Ovsienko is a retired judge of the Volyn Court of Appeal.

He was admitted to competitive selection by the Council of Judges of Ukraine.
