The Advisory Group of Experts will hold its meeting at 9:00 on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at which it is planned to consider the issue on the stage of assessing the level of competence in the field of law of candidates for the positions of judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine under the quotas of Parliament of Ukraine and the President of Ukraine.
Proposed Agenda:
1. On adoption of the decision on conducting additional interviews for assessing the level of competence in the field of law of candidates for the positions of judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.
2. On the assessment of compliance of candidates for the positions of judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine with criterion of the recognized level of competence in the field of law.
3. On ranking voting for candidates for the positions of judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine and formation of their ranking lists.
4. Miscellaneous
The meeting of the Advisory Group of Experts will be broadcast live on the AGE official pages and resources of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.
