The Selection commission for the competitive selection of candidates for the position of judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine regarding persons appointed by the President of Ukraine, by its decisions dated April 16, 2024 and May 3, 2024 admitted 10 people to participate in the competition for the position of judge of the CCU under the quota of the President of Ukraine.
And already on May 6, 2024, the AGE received documents regarding all these candidates from the presidential competition commission.
In particular, these candidates are:
1. HUTSU-BIDENKO Volodymyr Gavrylovych – Head of the department for the promotion of legislation on the fight against the production of falsified liquor and vodka products, "Bayadera Logistics" LLC
2. KAMINSKA Nataliia Vasylivna – Professor of the Department of International Law and Comparative Law of the Faculty of International Relations of the National Aviation University
3. KRASOVSKY Kostyantyn Yuriyovych – lawyer, "LCF" Bar Association
4. KUYAN Iryna Anatoliivna – Head of the Sector of the Organization of State Power and Local Self-Government, Research Service of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine
5. NOVIKOVA Tamara Vadymivna – Judge of the Cherkasy District Administrative Court
6. RADUTNYI Oleksandr Eduardovych – Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law of Yaroslav the Wise National University of Law
7. ROMANENKO Lyudmyla Mykolaivna – Associate Professor of the Department of Constitutional Law and Human Rights of the National Academy of Internal Affairs
8. RUBANETS Artem Oleksandrovych – lawyer, D&I EVOLUTION LLC
9. SYZA Nataliia Petrivna – Associate Professor of Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics Department, Educational and Scientific Law Institute, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv
10. YARCHAK Ihor Stepanovych – Head of the Legal department of NABU

Thus, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Constitutional Court of Ukraine", from May 6, 2024, the countdown for the consideration and study of documents and materials regarding these candidates began.
It is 4 months from the moment of receiving all the documents submitted by the candidates from the appointing bodies.
During this time AGE must also conduct public interviews with candidates, which will be broadcast online on the pages of the Advisory Group of Experts and on the website CCU.
Also we would like to remind you that currently, according to the quota of the President of Ukraine, there is 1 vacant position of judge of the CCU.
We also remind you that from the day of publication of the decision on admission to the competitive selection, information and materials can be sent to the AGE address regarding the compliance or non-compliance of a certain candidate for the position of judge of the Constitutional Court with the criterion of high moral qualities and level of competence in the field of law.
