The Advisory Group of Experts will hold its meeting at 18:00 on Thursday, November 7, 2024, at which it is planned to consider the issue on results of the stage of assessing the high moral qualities of candidates for the position of judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.
Proposed Agenda:
1. On the Adoption of the Decisions on the assessment of compliance of candidates for the position of judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine under the quota of the Congress of Judges of Ukraine with the criterion of high moral qualities.
2. On the Adoption of the Decisions on granting or denying to grant applications for self-recusal of members of the Advisory Group of Experts regarding the assessment of candidates for the position of judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.
2. Miscellaneous.
