On Wednesday, December 7, at a special plenary session of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, the issue of the dismissal of judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Iryna Zavhorodnia, Serhii Sas and Ihor Slidenko from the office of judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine was considered based on the statements of resignation submitted by them.
According to the results of the session, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine made a decision to uphold the mentioned statements.
