The Third Board of Judges of the First Senate of the Court considered the issue on initiating constitutional proceedings in cases upon constitutional complaints

On Thursday, March 4, 2021, following the consideration of the issue on initiating constitutional proceedings in cases upon the constitutional complaints, the Third Board of Judges of the First Senate of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine at its session adopted 5 rulings on refusal to initiate constitutional proceedings upon constitutional complaints of:

• Vitaliy Gutnyk on the compliance of Article 14-2 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses with the Constitution of Ukraine (constitutionality);

• Valeriy Lisunov on the compliance of Article 173-2.1, Section IV “Proceedings in Cases of Administrative Offenses” of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses with the Constitution of Ukraine (constitutionality);

• Andriy Mashchenko on the compliance of the provisions of Article 65.2 of the Law of Ukraine “On Enforcement Proceedings”, Article 423.3 of the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine with the Constitution of Ukraine (constitutionality);

• Andriy Karpovych on the compliance of certain provisions of the Code of Administrative Procedure of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to the Commercial Procedural Code of Ukraine, the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine, the Code of Administrative Procedure of Ukraine and Other Legislative Acts" of October 3, 2017 № 2147-VIII with the Constitution of Ukraine (constitutionality);

• Andriy Nemeriuk on the compliance of the provisions of Article 193.6 and Article 281.1 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine with the Constitution of Ukraine (constitutionality).
