Sessions of the Second Senate of the Court and the Board of Judges Were Held

 

Today, May 19, the Second Senate of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine at the in-camera part of the plenary session proceeded with consideration of the case upon constitutional complaints of Anatolii Kremenchutskyi and Vladyslav Pavlyk on the constitutionality of provisions of Article 294.10 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. The Court will proceed with consideration of the case at one of the further plenary sessions.

Also today, the session of the First Board of Judges of the First Senate was held in order to consider the initiating of constitutional proceedings in cases upon the constitutional complaints of Vasyl Sapryka regarding the constitutionality of Article 61.2 of the Family Code of Ukraine, paragraph 3 of Article 255.1 of the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine, Yurii Kharkov on the constitutionality of the provisions of paragraph 5 of Article 296.1 of the Commercial Code of Ukraine, Andrii Levkovets on the constitutionality of the provisions of paragraph 2 of Article 7.1 of the Law of Ukraine "On Collection and Accounting of a Single Contribution to Compulsory State Social Insurance". As a result of consideration of these issues, the rulings (final) on refusal to initiate constitutional proceedings in these cases were adopted.
