Sessions of the First and Second Senates of the Court: Deliberation of Cases upon Constitutional Complaints of Citizens

On Wednesday, December 22, the First Senate in the public parts of the plenary sessions in the form of written proceedings deliberated cases upon the constitutional complaint of Volodymyr Zhydenko on the constitutionality of certain provisions of Article 2 of the Law of Ukraine “On Measures on Legislative Provision of Pension System Reforms” of July 8, 2011 No. 3668-VI and upon the constitutional complaint of Ihor Melnychuk on the constitutionality of the first sentence of Article 86.15.6 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Prosecutor's Office” of October 14, 2014 No. 1697-VII. After examining the case materials in public parts of the plenary sessions, the First Senate proceeded to the in-camera parts of the plenary sessions for decision.

 

he plenary session of the Second Senate deliberated the case upon the constitutional complaint of Polina Margo, a citizen of the Russian Federation, regarding the constitutionality of the provisions of paragraph 1 of part five, part seven of Article 454 of the Code of Civil Procedure of Ukraine. Further deliberation of this case will take place at one of the next plenary sessions of the Second Senate.
