A Session of the First Board of Judges of the Second Senate of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Was Held
On Thursday, March 25, the First Board of Judges of the Second Senate of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine considered the issue of initiating the constitutional proceedings in the cases upon the constitutional complaints of Viktor Ruban on the constitutionality of Article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "On Measures to Ensure the Legislative Reform of the Pension System", Article 85.3 of the Law of Ukraine "On Pension Provision", as well as of Oleksandr Kuripko on the constitutionality of the provision of Article 272.3 of the Code of Administrative Procedure of Ukraine. Based on the results of consideration, final rulings of the Board of Judges on the refusal to initiate constitutional proceedings in these cases were adopted.
