September 8. The Court Agenda (Approved). A Plenary Session and a Session of the Second Senate of the Court Held

Today, September 8, the Second Senate of the Court at the in-camera part of the plenary session considered the case upon the constitutional complaint of Gevork Barsegian on the constitutionality of Article 485 of the Customs Code of Ukraine and upon the constitutional complaint of Nataliia Linenko on the constitutionality of Article 485 of the Customs Code of Ukraine. Consideration of this case will be continued at one of the further plenary sessions.

The Second Senate of the Court at its session considered the issue of temporary involvement of a judge to the composition of the Second Board of Judges of the Second Senate of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, which is incompetent due to its composition, from another Board of Judges of the same Senate in order to consider the issue of initiating constitutional proceedings in the case upon the constitutional petition of 49 People's Deputies of Ukraine on the constitutionality of the Decrees of the President of Ukraine "On Removal from Office of the Judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine" of December 29, 2020 № 607/2020, "On Removal from Office of the Judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine" of February 26, 2021 № 79/2021, "On Some Issues of Ensuring the National Security of Ukraine" of March 27, 2021 № 124/2021. The consideration of the case will be continued at one of the future sessions of the Second Senate.
