September 2. The Court Agenda (Approved). The Court will Proceed with Consideration of Cases upon Constitutional Petitions at One of the Further Plenary Sessions

On Thursday, September 2, the case upon the constitutional petition of 56 People's Deputies of Ukraine on the compliance of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Complete Comprehensive Secondary Education" with the Constitution of Ukraine was adjourned. The Grand Chamber will continue its deliberations at the public part of one of the further plenary sessions.

At the in-camera part of the plenary session, the Grand Chamber proceeded with consideration of the case upon the constitutional petitions of the Supreme Court of Ukraine on the constitutionality of Articles 3.1.6, 3.2.2, 3.2.13, and 3.3 of the Law of Ukraine “On Government Cleansing” of September 16, 2014 No. 1682–VII, 47 People's Deputies of Ukraine on the compliance of the provisions of paragraphs three and six of Article 1, paragraphs one, two, three, four and eight of Article 3, Article 5.5.2, paragraph 2 of the Final and Transitional Provisions of this Law with the Constitution of Ukraine, the Supreme Court of Ukraine on the constitutionality of the provisions of Article 1.3, paragraphs 7, 8 and 9 of Article 3.1, paragraph 4 of Article 3.2, paragraph 2 of the Final and Transitional Provisions of this Law, as well as the Supreme Court of Ukraine on compliance with the Constitution of Ukraine of the provisions of Article 4.3 of this Law. The Court will proceed with consideration of the case at one of the further plenary sessions.
