Tuesday, 14 September, the Grand Chamber of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine at the in-camera part of the plenary session continued the consideration of the following cases:
- upon the constitutional petition of 46 People’s Deputies of Ukraine on conformity of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Implementation of the Project “National Operator on the Tobacco Products Market”” of 9 September 2020 No. 840 to the Constitution of Ukraine;
- upon the constitutional petition of 50 People’s Deputies of Ukraine on conformity of the Law of Ukraine “On Amending Article 80 of the Constitution of Ukraine (on inviolability of People’s Deputies of Ukraine)“ to the Constitution of Ukraine;
- upon the constitutional complaints of Aliona Zabara, Gagik Martyrosian on the compliance of the provisions of Article 142 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses and Nadiia Kopylova on the compliance of the provisions of Articles 142 and 2791 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses with the Constitution of Ukraine.
The consideration of the above cases will be continued at one of the future plenary sessions.
