On Tuesday, October 31, 2023, in the in-camera part of plenary sessions the Grand Chamber proceeded with deliberation of cases:
- upon the constitutional petition of 47 People's Deputies of Ukraine regarding the constitutionality of individual provisions of the laws of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption”, “On the Prosecution Office”, “On the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine”, “On the State Bureau of Investigation”, “On the National Agency of Ukraine on Detection and Investigation and Management of Assets Obtained from Corruption and Other Crimes”, of the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine;
- upon the constitutional complaints of Hahik Martyrosian, Nadiia Kopylova, Aliona Zabara, Serhii Trutniev, Olesia Hlazko regarding the constitutionality of the provisions of Article 14-2.1, Article 279-1.5 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.
The Court will proceed with their deliberation at one of the next plenary sessions.
