On Wednesday, November 24, the Second Senate of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine deliberated the following cases at the in-camera part of the plenary sessions:
- upon the constitutional complaint of Oleksii Abramovych regarding conformity of Article 40.2.2 of the Housing Code of the Ukrainian SSR to the Constitution of Ukraine;
- upon the constitutional complaint of the citizen of the Russian Federation Polina Margo concerning conformity of provisions of paragraph 1 of part 5, part 7 of Article 454 of the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine to the Constitution of Ukraine.
The Court will deliberate these cases at the next plenary sessions.
