The newly appointed Нead of the Secretariat of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Yaroslav Vasyl’kevych assumed the office

 

 

According to the Decision of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine dated February 10, 2015 and the Order of the Chairman of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine dated February 17, 2015 the newly appointed Head of the Secretariat of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Yaroslav Vasyl’kevych assumed the office.

The Head of the Secretariat was introduced to the Court’s staff by the Chairman of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Yurii Baulin.

Mr. Vasyl’kevych was Deputy Head of the Secretariat of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraineon Combating Organized Crime and Corruption (2003 – 2004), Head of the Secretariat of the Committee of theVerkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Legislative Support of Law Enforcement Activities (2004 - 2015).
