The National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption has filed a motion to terminate the proceedings in the case of the Chairman of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine in order to avoid legal liability for its illegal actions

Today, November 11, the website of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NAPC) posted another piece of distorted information regarding the activities of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine and its Chairman in particular. Еhe report states that the NAPC has filed a motion to the courts to terminate the proceedings in 62 cases, where one of the defendants is the Chairman of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Oleksandr Tupytskyi. At the same time, the NAPC forgot to point out that the proceedings do not concern the protocol on committing an administrative offense related to corruption against the Chairman of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, which by the way has never been drawn up, namely Oleksandr Tupytskyi's lawsuit to the NAPC regarding the illegality of the actions of its officials and the refutation of false information disseminated by them.

In order to avoid legal liability for its actions, the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption filed a motion to terminate the proceedings.

The mentioned is the reason for conducting a daily disinformation campaign on the activities of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine and its judges.

In order to provide the public with an objective data, we inform you that the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption has not drawn up or submitted any protocols against the Chairman of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, as required by current legislation. Moreover, the position of the judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine is that protocols on the commission of administrative offenses related to corruption, which are already drawn up by the NAPC, should be considered by the courts on the merits. Therefore, it will create conditions to prove in a legal way the illegality of the actions of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption.
