The judges considered the initiating of constitutional proceedings in the case upon the constitutional complaint of Roman Kovaliov on the constitutionality of the provisions of Article 45.2 of the Law of Ukraine “On the High Council of Justice”, Article 5.1.13 of the Law of Ukraine “On Judicial Fees”.
Following the session, a ruling (final) was adopted refusing to initiate constitutional proceedings in the mentioned case.
