Judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Serhiy Holovaty paid a working visit to the Italian Republic
On June 22-23, 2018, a judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, a member of the European Commission for Democracy through Law (Venice Commission) Serhiy Holovaty took part in the 115th Plenary Session of the Venice Commission, held in Venice, Italy.
During this session, in particular, a number of issues referring to the course of judicial reform in Ukraine were discussed, information on the implications of the implementation of the Commission's opinions regarding the Anti-corruption court draft law, the laws on the state language policy and the Law of Ukraine оn All-Ukrainian Referendum were heard.
