January 26. The Agenda of the CCU Sessions (Approved). A Plenary Session of the First Senate of the Court and a Session of the Board of Judges took place

On Wednesday, January 26, the First Senate in plenary session deliberated the case upon the constitutional complaint of Roman Unukovych regarding the constitutionality of a specific provision of Article 204³.1.2 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses. Further deliberation of the case will take place at one of the forthcoming plenary sessions of the First Senate.

Also on this day, at the session of the Third Board of Judges of the First Senate of the Court, a Ruling (final)  refusing to initiate constitutional proceedings in the case upon the constitutional complaint of Hennadii Sikalov regarding compliance of Clause 4 § 2 “Final Provisions” of Section 4 of the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Commercial Procedure Code of Ukraine, the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine, the Code of Administrative Procedure of Ukraine and other Legislative Acts” of October 3, 2017 No. 2147-VIII with the Constitution of Ukraine was adopted.
