1 November, the Second Board of Judges of the Second Senate of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine considered the issue on initiating the constitutional proceedings in the case upon the constitutional complaint of Stanislav Hryschenko on conformity of the rules of Article 2 of the Law of Ukraine „On Measures on Legislative Ensuring the Reform of Pension System“ of 8 July 2011 No. 3668–VI, and Article 86.15.6 of the Law of Ukraine „On Prosecution Office“ of 14 October 2014 No. 1697–VIІ to the Constitution of Ukraine.
Upon the results of consideration, a Ruling of the Board of Judges was adopted on refusal to initiate constitutional proceedings in the case (final).
