Information on the summons issued to the Chairman of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine
Given the numerous applications by mass media representatives on the summons issued to the Chairman of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, we inform about the following.
Today, 24 December, a summons for participation in the procedural action of Oleksandr Tupytskyi at the Office of Prosecutor General on December 28, 2020 was received at the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.
Currently, in view of the summons received, the Court Chairman prepared a number of submissions to the Office of Prosecutor General. The results of their consideration have to be taken into account during the procedural action, namely – notification on the suspicion of committing a criminal offence according to the requirements of the effective legislation.
