Information about the work of CCU judges during the enhanced quarantine

Based on the results of discussion concerning the work of the Court in the period from March 20 to April 9, 2021, as well as taking into account the Order of the Chairman of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine of March 22, 2021 №25/01/2021-OD, the judges decided collectively to work remotely, and therefore the issue of the draft agenda was postponed.

At the same time, judges will continue to work at sessions of Boards and Commissions, as well as prepare case materials for consideration at sessions, plenary sessions of Senates and the Grand Chamber of the Court.

In case of necessity, the issue of changing the work of the Court will be discussed further.

At the same time, we would like to inform you that as a result of the session of the Third Board of Judges of the First Senate of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, following the consideration of the issue of initiating constitutional proceedings in the cases upon constitutional complaints of Andriy Karpovych, Oleh Ananchenko and Vyacheslav Shpagin, final rulings on refusal to initiate constitutional proceedings were adopted.
