On Wednesday, 9 February, the session of the First Board of Judges of the Second Senate of the Court was held. The judges examined the issue on initiating the constitutional proceedings in the following cases:
- upon the constitutional complaint of Olena Korolchuk on conformity of the provisions of Article 41.1.5 of the Labour Code of Ukraine, Article 2.1.15, Article 52.2.11-1 of the Law of Ukraine “On Joint-Stock Companies“ to the Constitution of Ukraine;
- upon the constitutional complaint of Maksym Vasyliev on conformity of a specific provision of Article 55.3.1 of the Law of Ukraine “On Ensuring the Functioning of the Ukrainian Language as the State Language“ as amended of April 25, 2019 No. 2704-VIII.
Based on the results of the deliberation, the rulings (final) on refusal to initiate the constitutional proceedings in the cases were adopted.
