On Tuesday, February 22, the Grand Chamber of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine at the in-camera part of the plenary session proceeded with deliberation of the case upon the constitutional petition of 45 People’s Deputies of Ukraine on compliance of Articles 133-191, subparagraph 2 of paragraph 2 of Section XXXXII “Final and Transitional Provisions” of the Electoral Code of Ukraine with the Constitution of Ukraine.
Further deliberation of the case will take place at one of the forthcoming plenary sessions of the Grand Chamber.
