Electronic digest of materials and abstracts based on the results of the International Scientific and Practical Conference

On June 25, 2020, the International Scientific and Practical Online Conference „Mutual Achievements of the European Commission for Democracy through Law (Venice Commission) and Bodies of Constitutional Justice and the Problems of Interpretation in Constitutional Adjudication“ was held, dedicated to the 24th anniversary of the Constitution of Ukraine and the 30th anniversary of the European Commission for Democracy through Law.
The event was attended by the Chairman and judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, statesmen, chairmen and judges of constitutional jurisdiction bodies of foreign countries, leading scientists, experts, lawyers-practitioners from Ukraine, the Federal Republic of Germany, Republic of Moldova, Republic of Lithuania, Kyrgyz Republic, Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as international organizations and foundations (Council of Europe, OSCE, German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation (IRZ)).
