At the in-camera part of the plenary sessions, the judges of the Grand Chamber deliberated the following cases:
- upon the constitutional petition of 47 People's Deputies of Ukraine on the compliance of the provisions of Articles 96-1 and 96-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine with the Constitution of Ukraine;
- upon the constitutional petition of 45 People's Deputies of Ukraine on compliance of Articles 133-191, subparagraph 2 of paragraph 2 of Section ХХХХІІ “Final and Transitional Provisions” of the Electoral Code of Ukraine with the Constitution of Ukraine;
- upon the constitutional petition of 50 People's Deputies of Ukraine on compliance of paragraphs 3 and 4 of Section II “Final and Transitional Provisions” of the Law of Ukraine “On Introducing Amendments to Some Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Ensuring Constitutional Principles in the Fields of Energy and Utilities”, some Presidential Decrees of Ukraine with the Constitution of Ukraine.
These cases will be deliberated at the forthcoming plenary sessions.
