Tuesday, 14 December, at its plenary session, the Grand Chamber considered the case upon the constitutional petition of 59 People’s Deputies of Ukraine on conformity of the Law of Ukraine “On the State Financial Guarantees of Medical Service of Population” to the Constitution of Ukraine and upon the constitutional petition of the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights on conformity of the provisions of Article 4.6 of the Law of Ukraine “On the State Financial Guarantees of Medical Service of Population” to the Constitution of Ukraine. The Court will continue consideration of the case at a forthcoming plenary session.
