The Constitutional Court of Ukraine Delivered Two Decisions upon Constitutional Complaints

Today, April 6, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine at its plenary sessions delivered two decisions based on the results of consideration of cases upon constitutional complaints.

In particular, a Decision was delivered on enhanced social protection of military personnel in the case upon the constitutional complaint of Serhii Polishchuk on the constitutionality of the provisions of Article 16-3.4 of the Law of Ukraine “On Social and Legal Protection of Military Personnel and Members of their Families”. The Judge-rapporteur in the case was Vasyl Lemak.

Also, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine has delivered a Decision in the case upon the constitutional complaint of Polina Marho on the constitutionality of the provisions of paragraph 1 of part five and part seven of Article 454 of the Code of Civil Procedure of Ukraine. The Judge-rapporteur in this case was Serhiy Holovaty.

The text of the said decisions of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine and their summaries will be promulgated on the official website of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.
