The Constitutional Court of Ukraine calls for the provision of objective and truthful information to the public

On November 6, 2020, a number of media outlets circulated a statement by NABU that declaring certain provisions of the Law “On the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine” unconstitutional threatens the full-fledged work of that institution in the future.

In order to provide the public with objective and truthful information, we report the following.

The NABU statement, is aimed exclusively at inciting society and resolving this political problem in an unconstitutional manner. Simultaneously, systematic distortion of the content of the decision of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine in private interests continues.

At the same time, we remind you that in order to bring certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine" in line with the Constitution of Ukraine, the Court postponed the repeal of these provisions for three months in order to preserve the integrity of the anti-corruption system aimed at combating corruption.
