Board of Judges adopted a ruling on refusal to initiate constitutional proceedings in the case
upon the constitutional complaint
Today, April 15, 2021, the First Board of Judges of the Second Senate of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine considered the issue of initiating constitutional proceedings upon the constitutional complaint of Oleksandr Lystopad regarding the constitutionality of the provisions of Article 551.3 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, Article 374.1.2 of the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine. Based on the results of the consideration, the final ruling of the Board of Judges on the refusal to initiate constitutional proceedings in the case was adopted.
