8 rulings were adopted by the Constitutional Court of Ukraine as a result of today's sessions

As a result of consideration of the issue of determining the form of constitutional proceedings in the case upon the constitutional petition of 50 People's Deputies of Ukraine on compliance with the Constitution of Ukraine of paragraphs 3, 4 of Section II "Final and Transitional Provisions" of the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Concerning Ensuring Constitutional Principles in the Spheres of Energy and Utilities” of December 19, 2019 №394–IX, Decrees of the President of Ukraine “On Appointment of O. Antonova as a Member of the National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Utilities” of May 29, 2018 №152/2018, “On Appointment of D. Kovalenko as a Member of the National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Utilities” of May 29, 2018 №153/2018, “On Appointment of O. Kryvenko as a Member of the National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Utilities” of May 29, 2018 №154/2018, “On Appointment of R. Kaydash as a Member of the National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Utilities” of October 29, 2019 №780/2019, “On Appointment of O. Babiy as a Member of the National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Utilities” of October 29, 2019 №781/2019, “On the appointment of V. Tarasiuk as a Member of the National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Utilities” of October 29, 2019 №782/2019, “On Appointment of O. Mahda as a Member of the National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Utilities” of October 29, 2019 №783/2019 it was decided to consider the case at the plenary session in the form of written proceedings.

Also, four rulings were adopted on extension the term for consideration of cases upon constitutional complaints of A. Mashchenko, V. Samotey, S. Klopkov  and V. Golembyevska.

On the same day, the Second and Third Boards of Judges of the Second Senate of the Court had sessions aimed at consideration the issue of initiating the constitutional proceedings upon the constitutional complaints of Oleksandr Redziuk on the constitutionality of Article 293.1, Article 293.2.5, Article 315.2 of the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine, paragraph 9 of Article 7.2 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Status of War Veterans, Guarantees of their Social Protection", of Oleksandr Benedychuk on the compliance of the provisions of Article 5.1 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine with the Constitution of Ukraine, as well as Veronika Golembyevska on the constitutionality of a separate provision of paragraph 19 of Article 3.1 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. As a result of their consideration, rulings were adopted (final) on the refusal to initiate constitutional proceedings in these cases.
