54 Sessions of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Held and 106 Acts of the Court Adopted in September

In September 2021, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine held 54 sessions, including 11 plenary sessions of the Grand Chamber of the Court, 6 sessions of the Grand Chamber, 3 sessions of the Court, 15 sessions of the First and Second Senates, 7 plenary sessions of the Second Senate and 12 sessions of the Boards of Judges of the First and Second Senates of the Court.

106 acts of the Court were adopted at the sessions held. The Grand Chamber adopted 57 rulings, and the First and Second Senates of the Court adopted 13 rulings. The Second Senate adopted a Decision in the case upon the constitutional complaints. The Court also adopted 3 resolutions. At the same time, the Boards of Judges of the Court adopted 32 rulings.

The Constitutional Court of Ukraine received 35 constitutional complaints during this period. According to the results of the preliminary review, 22 constitutional complaints were distributed to the judges-rapporteurs. 13 complaints that did not meet the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On the Constitutional Court of Ukraine" were returned to the subjects of the right to constitutional complaints.

The Secretariat of the Court prepared and sent 54 responses to requests for public information and citizens' appeals.
