has been launched in the CCU

A new online resource "Library of Constitutional Law" has been launched on the official website of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.

The electronic information resource was created for the purpose of acquaintance with scientific, analytical materials and case law related to the activities of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine and the bodies of constitutional jurisdiction of foreign countries, as well as for their practical use.

The online library is accessible to all citizens. It was developed within the framework of the joint project of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine and the OSCE Project Coordinator in Ukraine "Support to Ukraine’s Human Rights Protection by Enhancing Accessibility of Constitutional Justice".

The "Library of Constitutional Law" contains decisions on topical issues for Ukraine of international judicial institutions, foreign bodies of constitutional control and justice, as well as scientific publications on constitutional and legal issues of leading domestic and foreign experts, and other useful information. Judgments of international courts, translated with the assistance of the OSCE, are presented in Ukrainian.

The materials of the library are available at the link http://ccu.gov.ua/library or in the section "Library of Constitutional Law" on the official website of the Court.
