The sessions were moderated by Judges of the CCU Oleksandr Vodiannikov, Viktor Gorodovenko, Oksana Hryshchuk, and Serhii Riznyk.
The professional discussion provided a platform for an open exchange of views on contemporary approaches to legal reasoning, the preparation and structure of judicial decisions, as well as current issues of constitutional proceedings. The participants emphasised the importance of holding such events to strengthen the institutional capacity of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine and to establish a strong doctrinal foundation for improving the quality of legal reasoning in its decisions.
