On December 16, 2021, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine was seized with the constitutional petition of the Supreme Court on the constitutionality of the provisions of paragraph 11 of part one of Article 34, paragraph 10-1 of Section XIII “Final and Transitional Provisions” of the Law of Ukraine “On Enforcement Proceedings” of June 2, 2016  No. 1404-VIII, paragraphs 5-1, 5-2 of Section III “Transitional and final provisions” of the Law of Ukraine “On the Peculiarities of Formation of Joint-Stock Company of Public Railway Transport” of February 23, 2012 No. 4442-VI.
