Constitutional petitions filed with the Constitutional Court for consideration

On August 7, 2020, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine was seized with 2 constitutional petitions of 45 People's Deputies of Ukraine:

  • on compliance with the Constitution of Ukraine (constitutionality) of the provisions of paragraph 1 of Article 37.2, Article 45, paragraph 12 of Section "Final and Transitional Provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "On Judiciary and Status of Judges" of June 2, 2016 № 1402-VIII (as amended), specific provisions of the Code of Administrative Procedure of Ukraine of July 6, 2005 № 2747-IV (as amended), the Commercial Procedure Code of Ukraine of November 6, 1991 № 1798-XII (as amended), the Code of Civil Procedure of Ukraine of March 18, 2004 № 1618-IV (as amended), the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine of April 13, 2012 № 4651-VI (as amended);
  • on compliance with the Constitution of Ukraine (constitutionality) of the Law of Ukraine "On Peculiarities of Privatization of Enterprises of the State Joint-Stock Company Ukrrudprom" of April 9, 2004 № 1677-IV, as well as the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On measures regarding privatization of blocks of shares of the enterprises of SJSC Ukrrudprom" of May 27, 2004 № 348-r.
