The Advisory Group of Experts prepared full texts of reasoned decisions based on the results of the assessing moral qualities of candidates for one vacant position of judge of the CCU (quota under the President of Ukraine).
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Constitutional Court of Ukraine", the AGE publishes reasoned decisions only in relation to candidates for the position of judge of the Constitutional Court who received the rate "compliant" under results of the assessment of high moral qualities.
Only one candidate for the position of judge of the Constitutional Court received the rate "compliant" with the criterion of high moral qualities, namely:
Kostiantyn Krasovskyi – military serviceman, lawyer.
Full text of the reasoned decision regarding this candidate is published on the CCU website: https://bit.ly/3SRPc8n.
However, in accordance with the requirements of the Law, only the decisive parts of the relevant decisions will be made public for candidates who have received rates "non-compliant".
In particular, this applies to the following candidates:
Nataliia Kaminska
Tamara Novikova
Oleksandr Radutnyi
Liudmyla Romanenko
Artem Rubanets
The AGE draws the attention of candidates that they can ask the Advisory Group of Experts to obtain the full text of the reasoned decision.
Candidates can also give the AGE permission to publish these decisions. It will allow the public to familiarize themselves with the reasons for the decisions of the AGE in detail and will ensure even more transparency of the competitive selection process.

Also we’d like to remind that on July 15-16, the AGE conducted interviews with candidates, and on July 31, it summed up the results of the stage of assessment of moral qualities and made relevant decisions regarding the candidates for the position of judge of the CCU (quota under the President of Ukraine).
And already on August 1, the AGE informed the Office of the President about the termination of the competition for one vacant position of judge of the CCU due to the insufficient number of candidates to continue the competitive selection for this vacant position.
