Today, on August 27, 2021, at the session of the Second Board of Judges of the Second Senate of the Court, the issue of initiating constitutional proceedings upon the constitutional complaint of ‘GIR-INTERNATIONAL’ LLC on compliance of Article 5 of the Code of Bankruptcy Procedure of Ukraine with the Constitution of Ukraine (constitutionality) was considered.
Based on the results of the consideration, the Ruling (final) of the Board of Judges on the refusal to initiate constitutional proceedings in the case was adopted.
