To mark the 25th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of Ukraine, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, with the support of the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine, published the commemorative edition of the Constitution of Ukraine.
The publication provides the official text of the Basic Law of Ukraine as of 1 May 2021 with official interpretation of its articles by the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.
The edition includes the list of all decisions of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine which provide official interpretation of the provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine in the current and previous wordings as well as the legal positions of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine regarding its articles.
The publication is intended for experts of legislative, executive and judicial bodies, deputies, legal practitioners, academic employees, and students of law schools.
