The First Board of Judges of the Second Senate Adopted a Ruling
On 28 April, the First Board of Judges of the Second Senate of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine considered the issue on initiating the constitutional proceedings in the case.
Upon the results of the hearing, a final ruling of the board of judges was adopted to refuse to initiate the constitutional proceedings in the case upon the constitutional complaint of Yevhen Terza on the constitutionality of the provisions of Article 284.1 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences.
