During the Period of Enhanced Quarantine the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Will Work Remotely

A regime of remote (home) work for judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine and employees of structural units of the Court’s Secretariat for the period from March 20, 2021 till April 9, 2021 was established by the Order of the Chairman of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine dated March 22, 2021 No. 25/01/2021-OD “On extra measures aimed at preventing the spread in the Constitutional Court of Ukraine of acute respiratory disease COVID-19, caused by coronavirus SARS-CoV-2”.
The introduction of such measures is carried out in pursuance of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On the establishment of quarantine and the introduction of restrictive anti-epidemic measures to prevent the spread in Ukraine of acute respiratory disease COVID-19 caused by coronavirus SARS-CoV-2” dated December 9, 2020 No.1236 and the Protocol No.20 of the Standing Committee on Technogenic and Ecological Safety and Emergencies of the Executive Body of the Kyiv City Council on the introduction of enhanced anti-epidemic measures.
In order to minimise personal contacts and prevent the spread of the disease, judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, their patronage services and employees of the Court’s Secretariat will continue to perform their duties using information technologies, including remote access.
