Special Plenary Sessions of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine did not Take Place

Today, March 17, the Court’s draft agenda provided for special plenary sessions of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine to consider the issue of the statement of the Head of the All-Ukrainian political party "BRATSTVO" ("BROTHERHOOD") Dmytro Korchynskyi on incompatibility of the judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Serhiy Holovaty to the position he holds of March 11, 2021 No.28-03/21, as well as the appeal of the investigator - Deputy Head of the Office for Investigation of the Crimes Committed in connection with Mass Protests in 2013-2014 of the State Bureau of Investigation Artem Yablonskyi of March 9, 2021 No.10-8-5316.

These special plenary sessions of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine did not take place.

In particular, the special plenary session of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine on the issue of the statement of the Head of the All-Ukrainian political party "BRATSTVO" ("BROTHERHOOD") Dmytro Korchynskyi on incompatility of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine judge Serhiy Holovaty to the position he holds of March 11, 2021 No.28-03/21 did not take place due to the necessity to finalise the materials for further consideration.

The special plenary session on consideration of appeal of the investigator - Deputy Head of the Office for Investigation of the Crimes Committed in connection with Mass Protests in 2013-2014 of the State Bureau of Investigation Artem Yablonskyi of March 9, 2021 No.10-8-5316 did not take place due to non-admission of the Chairman of the Constitutional Court Oleksandr Tupytskyi to the Court premises, which made it impossible for the Chairman to participate in the said special plenary session.
