The First Board of Judges of the Second Senate of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine considered the issue of initiating constitutional proceedings in the case upon the constitutional complaint of LLC “Eurasia Trans Service”
On February 18, 2021 the First Board of Judges of the Second Senate of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine considered the issue of initiating constitutional proceedings in the case upon the constitutional complaint of LLC “Eurasia Trans Service” regarding the constitutionality of a specific provision of Article 106.7 of the Customs Code of Ukraine.
Based on the results of the session, the ruling of the Board of Judges on the refusal to initiate constitutional proceedings in this case was adopted.
