An application was submitted to clarify the procedure for implementing the Decision of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine of October 27, 2020 № 13-r/2020

 

An application was submitted to the Constitutional Court of Ukraine by the authorised person on behalf of the subject of the right to constitutional petition - People's Deputy of Ukraine Hryhoriy Mamka in order to clarify to the participant of the constitutional proceedings the procedure for implementing the Decision of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine of October 27, 2020 №13-r/2020 in the case upon the constitutional petition of 47 People's Deputies of Ukraine on the constitutionality of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption” of October 14, 2014 №1700–VII (Bulletin of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, №49, p.2056) as amended, the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
