A constitutional petition was lodged by 50 People’s Deputies of Ukraine
On November 4, 2020, the Court was seized with a constitutional petition of 50 People’s Deputies of Ukraine on the constitutionality of the Decrees of the President of Ukraine of May 29, 2018 №152/2018, of May 29, 2018 №153/2018, of May 29, 2018 №154/2018, of October 29, 2019 №780/2019, of October 29, 2019 №781/2019, of October 29, 2019 №782/2019, of October 29, 2019 №783/2019, paragraph 31 of Section IV "Final and Transitional Provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "On the National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Public Utilities" (as amended by the Law of Ukraine №2237-VIII of December 7, 2017, until the adoption of the Law of Ukraine №394-IX of December 19, 2019), paragraphs 3 and 4 of Section II "Final and Transitional Provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "On amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine to ensure constitutional principles in the fields of energy and public utilities" №394-IX of December 19, 2019.
