A constitutional petition was lodged by 46 People’s Deputies of Ukraine
On October 15, the Court was seized with a constitutional petition of 46 People’s Deputies of Ukraine, in which they ask to review the conformity of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On implementation of the experimental project “National operator at the tobacco products market” of 9 September 2020 No. 840with the Constitution of Ukraine (constitutionality)
The subject of the right to constitutional petition considers that the disputed act does not conform to Articles 13.4, 42.1, 42.2 and 64.1 of the Constitution of Ukraine (is unconstitutional).
